Shipping Options

We provide both Standard and Express shipping options for your convenience.

  • For orders totaling $199 or more, we offer free standard shipping within Australia.
  • For orders below $199, the Standard shipping fee is $9.99.
  • The Express shipping fee is $15.

Delivery Timeframe

The majority of orders, approximately 90 percent, are shipped on the next business day. However, there are cases where orders may take between 2-4 business days to be shipped.

  • Once dispatched, Australia Metro orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, while Regional orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. These timeframes are counted from the date of dispatch.
  • During the holiday season, including Christmas and New Year, there may be potential delays in delivery due to high volumes and increased demand. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors such as the workload of our delivery partners can impact the transit times. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details for your shipment.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

All parcels are by default insured for up to $100. In the rare event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit:

  • We will provide assistance in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, as the responsibility shifts to the shipping company after dispatch.
  • If the parcel is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we are liable for up to $100 or the cost of the product, whichever is lesser.

If you wish to insure your order for its full value, you may do so by paying an additional fee, which depends on the value of your order.

  • Please contact us via website to increase the insured amount of your order beyond the default $100 coverage.

International Orders

For international orders, please contact us directly to obtain a custom shipping quotation and inquire about the expected delivery timeframe.
