Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring the quality of every product we deliver. If you receive an item that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from your order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement upon returning the goods to us.
To initiate a return in these circumstances, please contact us at care@queenzcloset.au within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please note:
- Our products may feature unique details due to the crafting process. Variations in patterns, embroidery, or embellishments are natural and should not be considered defects.
Change of Mind Returns
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing or preferences may vary, and we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- You must request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another style of equal value.
Please note:
- Return and shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in the same condition as when received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note:
- We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged, torn, or have been used after delivery.
